Feasibility Study and detailed design for Hydropower development in Okshtuni River catchment Project which includes 6 HPP’ with total capacity of 31 MW. 5 of the designed HPP’s are based on runoff river flows without flow regulation. The main structures under these HPP projects consist on: Intake dam crossing the river, sedimentation tanks, pressure basins, headrace pipe (penstock) or canal, power house and turbines installed with transmission headlines to the substations. The Okshtuni HPP part of the scheme consist on one high RCC dam 64 m high which accumulate a water volume in the reservoir about 18 mill. M3 and regulate partially the river flow.
