Keep the engineering brief visible during delivery

Construction brings design assumptions into contact with site conditions, sequencing and workmanship. A supervision assignment needs a clear mandate: which works are covered, which records are required and how technical issues are reported and resolved.

EBS's experience includes supervision of Moglica dam and underground works, supervision at Okshtuni, and commissioning of Banja hydropower structures. These are distinct assignments; the case studies identify the works and EBS role rather than presenting every project as a turnkey delivery.

Set the responsibilities clearly

Send the contract scope, design packages, programme and current construction status. For commissioning, describe the structures or systems involved and the planned handover requirements. We can discuss the staffing, reporting and technical interfaces needed for the assignment.
