Feasibility studies and technical due diligence

Clarify the technical questions, missing information and development options before committing to the next investment or design stage.

Separate the proposal from its assumptions

An early project assessment should make the decision clearer, not simply make the proposal longer. The useful questions concern the need, available options, site constraints, information gaps and the work required before a design or investment decision.

EBS's feasibility portfolio includes water and wastewater developments, hydropower schemes and dams such as Kuqica and the Lepenc–Firaja–Shtime programme. Technical due diligence is a separate review service: its scope should specify the documents, assets and decisions being examined. We do not imply that every feasibility assignment is also a due-diligence engagement.

Decision-focused consultancy

  • Technical feasibility and assessment of alternatives
  • Review of site information and investigation needs
  • Identification of design interfaces and technical risks
  • Review of existing engineering documentation
  • Definition of the next-stage studies and deliverables

Tell us the decision you need to make

Share the project concept, site, available studies and the decision deadline. Explain whether the brief concerns a new development, rehabilitation, comparison of options or review of an existing proposal. This helps define a focused scope rather than a generic report.
